Rajma Salad

Ingredients:
- Kidney beans (drained) 1 tin
- Capsicum cube 1
- Tomato cube 1
- Cucumber 1
- Onion rings 5-6
- Olives slice 2-3 tbsp
For Dressing:
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Garlic 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Crushed red chilies 1/2 tsp
Method:
- For dressing: Mix all ingredients.
- For salad: Mix all ingredients in bowl and toss it.
- Now put dressing, mix it and serve.
Rajma Salad is healthy salad. It is simple & easy salad to make it at any time. You can serve it in dinner or as light meal.
