Ingredients:

  • Kidney beans (drained) 1 tin
  • Capsicum cube 1
  • Tomato cube 1
  • Cucumber 1
  • Onion rings 5-6
  • Olives slice 2-3 tbsp

For Dressing:

  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed red chilies 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. For dressing: Mix all ingredients.
  2. For salad: Mix all ingredients in bowl and toss it.
  3. Now put dressing, mix it and serve.

Rajma Salad is healthy salad. It is simple & easy salad to make it at any time. You can serve it in dinner or as light meal.
