Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg
- Tomatoes 4
- Roasted cumin seeds 1 tbsp
- Roasted whole coriander 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Kashmiri chilies 6
- Roasted cardamom 4
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Roasted black peppercorns 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves 1 bunch
- Green chilies 4
- Fried onion 1/2 cup
- Oil as required
- Water 4 glass
Method:
- Heat water in pan, put Kashmiri chilies, cumin, black peppercorns, coriander and cardamom and cook it.
- When all ingredients are soft, cool it.
- Put tomatoes, yogurt and fried onion in blender and grind it.
- Heat oil in other pan, put masala and roast it nicely.
- Now put chicken and roast it.
- When roasted, put water and cook on low flame.
- When chicken tender, close stove.
- Sprinkle coriander leaves and green chilies and serve.
Murgh Shorba is tasty & little bit spicy dish. Kashmiri chilies is added in this recipe. Served with raita or naan.
