Crispy Fried Fish

Ingredients:

  • Surmai fish 6-8
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Maida 2 tbsp
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chicken cube flour 1 tbsp
  • White pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Bread crumbs 1 packet
  • Oil for fry

Method:

  1. Put vinegar on fish for 10 minutes and wash it nicely.
  2. Put fish, corn flour, maida, baking powder, salt, chicken cube flour and white pepper powder in dish and mix it nicely.
  3. Now beat eggs, dip fish in it, coat with bread crumbs and leave for few minutes.
  4. Now heat oil in pan and fry fish.
  5. When golden brown, take it out and serve with ketchup.

Crispy Fried Fish is delicious fish. Its coating is crispy & fresh. It is usually eaten in winter in Pakistan and commonly served in parties. You can make it at home easily.
