Crispy Fried Fish

Ingredients:
- Surmai fish 6-8
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Maida 2 tbsp
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Chicken cube flour 1 tbsp
- White pepper powder 1 tsp
- Eggs 2
- Bread crumbs 1 packet
- Oil for fry
Method:
- Put vinegar on fish for 10 minutes and wash it nicely.
- Put fish, corn flour, maida, baking powder, salt, chicken cube flour and white pepper powder in dish and mix it nicely.
- Now beat eggs, dip fish in it, coat with bread crumbs and leave for few minutes.
- Now heat oil in pan and fry fish.
- When golden brown, take it out and serve with ketchup.
Crispy Fried Fish is delicious fish. Its coating is crispy & fresh. It is usually eaten in winter in Pakistan and commonly served in parties. You can make it at home easily.
