Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Sliced onion 3
For Masala Mix:
- Cumin 2 tsp
- Coriander 3 tsp
- Red chilies 10
- Green cardamom 5
- Turmeric 1 tsp
For Paste:
- Onion 2
- Garlic 1 pod
- Green chilies 3
- Ginger 2 inch
- Curd 3 tbsp
- Coriander 3 tbsp
Other Ingredients:
- Ghee 1 tbsp
- All spice 1 tsp
Method:
- For mix masala: Roast cumin, coriander, red chilies and cardamom and grind it nicely.
- Now add turmeric and keep it aside.
- For paste: Blend all ingredients and keep it aside.
- Now mix masala mix and paste mixture together.
- Now heat oil in pan and fry onion until golden brown.
- Now add paste and salt and saute until oil separates.
- Then add chicken, mix it nicely and saute for 5-6 minutes.
- Now add little water and simmer it until ready.
- Then add ghee and all spice and simmer it again.
