Ingredients:
- Prawns cleaned 1/2 kg
- Chopped onion 1 cup
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Black cumin 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Crushed green chilies 10
- Crushed coriander leaves 3 tbsp
- Crushed poppy seeds 1 tbsp
- Melon seed 1 tbsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Grind green chilies and coriander leaves.
- Now roast poppy seeds and melon seeds, grind it and make paste.
- Heat oil and fry onion.
- Now put ginger garlic, green chilies paste, poppy seeds & melon seeds paste and yogurt and fry it.
- Then add prawns and simmer it for 10 minutes.
- Then put all spice and lemon juice and serve.
