Cheese Steak Burger

Ingredients:

For Steak:

  • Beef fillet 400 gm
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 3-4 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 1 tsp
  • Butter 1/2 cup
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For Burger Bun:

  • Bun 2-3
  • Cheese slice 4-5
  • Salad leaves 3-4

Method:

  1. Shred beef fillet.
  2. Mix oil and butter in pan.
  3. Now fry ginger garlic paste.
  4. Then add shredded beef, black pepper, lemon juice, soya sauce, brown sugar and salt and fry it.
  5. Then add water and cook until water dries.
  6. Then remove it and keep it aside.
  7. For burger bun: Toast buns slightly.
  8. Keep shredded beef.
  9. Keep cheese slice and salad leaves, keep second part of bun, bake for 1-2 minutes or toast it slightly and serve it.
  10. Cheese steak burger is ready.
