Beetroot Juice

Ingredients:
- Carrots small 3
- Beetroot small 1
- Ginger 1/4 inch
- Water 1/4 cup
- Ice cubes as required
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
Method:
- Wash carrots and beetroot.
- Now peel it.
- Then chop them into bite sized pieces and put in blender.
- Then add sugar, ginger and ice cubes and blend it nicely till smooth.
- Then add water and blend again until smooth mixture.
- Then strain it.
- Then extract juice completely with spoon.
- In end, put lemon juice and mix it nicely.
- Serve chilled.
