Malai Chicken

Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Crushed onion 2
  • Finely crushed green chilies 8
  • Fresh cream 1 packet
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Crushed ginger 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pot and fry onion until light pink.
  2. Now add ginger and roast it slightly.
  3. Then put chicken and salt.
  4. When water of chicken dries, roast it nicely and add green chilies and black pepper.
  5. Then put little water and tender chicken.
  6. Then put cream and serve it after 5 minutes.

Malai Chicken is delicious dish. The addition of cream is amazing. It is served with paratha. Make it at home.
