Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients:
- Milk 2-1/2 cups
- Sugar 1/3 cup
- Corn flour 3 tbsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Egg yolks 2
- Butter 2 tsp
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Chocolate 5 oz
Method:
- Put 2 cups milk in saucepan and boil it.
- Mix sugar, corn flour and salt in big bowl and stir it nicely with whisk.
- Mix remaining milk and egg yolks and stir it nicely with whisk.
- Add egg yolk mixture in sugar mixture and stir it nicely.
- Gradully add half hot milk to egg yolk mixture and stir it continuosuly with whisk.
- Put milk mixture in pan again and boil it.
- Reduce heat, simmer it for 1 minute or until thick and stir it continuously.
- Remove from heat.
- Add butter, vanilla essence and chocolate and stir it until melted.
- Spoon pudding in bowl.
- Put bowl in large ice filled bowl for 15 minutes or until pudding is cool, stirring occasionally.
- Cover surface of pudding directly with plastic wrap chill.
