Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients:

  • Milk 2-1/2 cups
  • Sugar 1/3 cup
  • Corn flour 3 tbsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Egg yolks 2
  • Butter 2 tsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Chocolate 5 oz

Method:

  1. Put 2 cups milk in saucepan and boil it.
  2. Mix sugar, corn flour and salt in big bowl and stir it nicely with whisk.
  3. Mix remaining milk and egg yolks and stir it nicely with whisk.
  4. Add egg yolk mixture in sugar mixture and stir it nicely.
  5. Gradully add half hot milk to egg yolk mixture and stir it continuosuly with whisk.
  6. Put milk mixture in pan again and boil it.
  7. Reduce heat, simmer it for 1 minute or until thick and stir it continuously.
  8. Remove from heat.
  9. Add butter, vanilla essence and chocolate and stir it until melted.
  10. Spoon pudding in bowl.
  11. Put bowl in large ice filled bowl for 15 minutes or until pudding is cool, stirring occasionally.
  12. Cover surface of pudding directly with plastic wrap chill.

Chocolate Pudding is wonderful dessert. It is prepared with common ingredients. Make it at home with your own method and recipe.
