Sweet Chili Fish

Ingredients:
- Fish fillet 1/2 kg
- Salt 3/4 tsp
- Black pepper 3/4 tsp
For Batter:
- Flour 3 tbsp
- Corn flour 3 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Cold water for batter
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Chicken powder 1/2 tsp
- Dry maida for coat
For Sauce:
- Chopped garlic 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves 1 tsp
- Sweet chili sauce 1/2 cup
- Garlic sauce 2 tbsp
- Sriracha sauce 1/4 cup
Method:
- For sauce: Put garlic in oil.
- When light golden, add remaining ingredients and cook until sauce is thick.
- Marinate fish with salt and black pepper.
- For batter: Mix all ingredients except dry maida and coat fish with this batter.
- Then fold in dry maida, coat with more batter and deep fry it.
- Serve fried fish with chili sauce.
