Bihari Kabab Roll

Ingredients:
For Paratha:
- Maida 300 gm
- Ghee 1-2 tbsp
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
For Kabab Roll:
- Bihari kabab as required
- Onion 1-2
- Tomato 1
- Cucumber 1
For Chutney:
- Mint leaves 1 bunch
- Green chilies 4-5
- Tamarind paste 1/2 cup
- Crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Chinese salt 1/3 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- For paratha: Add ghee and salt in maida, knead it, make balls and roll it.
- Then fry it.
- For chutney: Add all ingredients in blender and make chutney.
- For kabab roll: Keep kabab in center of paratha.
- Put onion, tomato and cucumber and put chutney on top, roll it and serve.
Bihari Kabab Roll is tasty dish. Kabab is stuffed in paratha with vegetables & chutney and served with sauce. It is easy to make it at any time.
