Ingredients:

For Paratha:

  • Maida 300 gm
  • Ghee 1-2 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

For Kabab Roll:

  • Bihari kabab as required
  • Onion 1-2
  • Tomato 1
  • Cucumber 1

For Chutney:

  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Green chilies 4-5
  • Tamarind paste 1/2 cup
  • Crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Chinese salt 1/3 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. For paratha: Add ghee and salt in maida, knead it, make balls and roll it.
  2. Then fry it.
  3. For chutney: Add all ingredients in blender and make chutney.
  4. For kabab roll: Keep kabab in center of paratha.
  5. Put onion, tomato and cucumber and put chutney on top, roll it and serve.

Bihari Kabab Roll is tasty dish. Kabab is stuffed in paratha with vegetables & chutney and served with sauce. It is easy to make it at any time.
