Aloo Ky Parathay

Ingredients:

  • Boiled potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Whole coriander 1 tsp
  • Coconut powder 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 8
  • Pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Tamarind pulp 4 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Coriander leaves few
  • Mint leaves few
  • Oil for fry
  • Knead flour as required

Method:

  1. Put cumin, coriander, coconut powder, green chilies, pomegranate seeds, tamarind pulp, onion, coriander leaves and mint leaves in chopper and grind thick chutney.
  2. Now mix boiled potatoes and make small balls.
  3. Then make 2 small roti of flour, put mixture and roll it.
  4. Then fry in hot oil.
  5. Delicious aloo ky parathay is ready.

Aloo Ky Parathay is tasty dish. Boiled potatoes is mixed with grinded chutney and stuffed in flour. It is served with zeera raita.
