Aloo Ky Parathay

Ingredients:
- Boiled potatoes 1/2 kg
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Whole coriander 1 tsp
- Coconut powder 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 8
- Pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Tamarind pulp 4 tbsp
- Onion 1
- Coriander leaves few
- Mint leaves few
- Oil for fry
- Knead flour as required
Method:
- Put cumin, coriander, coconut powder, green chilies, pomegranate seeds, tamarind pulp, onion, coriander leaves and mint leaves in chopper and grind thick chutney.
- Now mix boiled potatoes and make small balls.
- Then make 2 small roti of flour, put mixture and roll it.
- Then fry in hot oil.
- Delicious aloo ky parathay is ready.
Aloo Ky Parathay is tasty dish. Boiled potatoes is mixed with grinded chutney and stuffed in flour. It is served with zeera raita.
