Ingredients:

  • Boiled sweet potatoes 2 kg
  • Cardamom 6
  • Pistachios 50 gm
  • Crushed coconut 100 gm
  • Khoya 250 gm
  • Sugar 250 gm
  • Ghee 250 gm
  • Kewra 1 tbsp
  • Dry milk 2 cups

Method:

  1. Heat ghee, put sweet potatoes and cardamom and roast it.
  2. Then add sugar.
  3. Water of sugar dries, put coconut and khoya and mix it.
  4. Then add kewra and dry milk and close stove.
  5. Then take out in dish, sprinkle pistachios and serve.

Shakarkandi Ka Halwa is very delicious halwa. It is prepared with sweet potatoes. Try this variety of halwa and share with family.
