Ingredients:
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Water 1/2 cup
- Roasted cumin 2 tsp
- Green chilies paste 1 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Oil 3 tbsp
Method:
- Put water, salt, cumin, black pepper and green chilies paste in yogurt and beat it.
- Now heat oil in pan and saute garlic cloves.
- When aroma comes, put with oil in yogurt mixture.
- Zeera raita is ready.
Zeera Raita is very easy recipe to prepare. It is served with aloo ky parathay.
