Coffee Truffles

Ingredients:

  • Dark chocolate 200 gm
  • Coffee 1/3 cup
  • Unsalted butter 1/2 tbsp
  • Cocoa 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Melt chocolate on double boiler.
  2. Now add coffee and mix it nicely.
  3. Now add butter and beat until smooth so that no lumps are made.
  4. Then keep it on room temperature for 1-2 hours or until set.
  5. Now take out this mixture with small melon baller scoop.
  6. Now dust hands with cocoa and make small balls of truffles with fingers.
  7. Then put balls in cocoa and coat it nicely.
  8. Now keep truffles on parchment for few hours.
  9. Now store truffles in airtight plastic box or bag for 1 week.

Coffee Truffles is sweet balls. Balls is prepared with dark chocolates and cover with cocoa.
