Garlic Tuscan Chicken

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast 4
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Maida 1/4 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Onion powder 1/2 tsp
  • Basil 1/2 tsp
  • Oregano 1/2 tsp
  • Boiled fettuccine pasta 2 cups

For Sauce:

  • Capsicum cubes 1
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Stock 1/2 cup
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Maida 1 tbsp
  • Cooking cream 1 packet
  • Corn flour 1 tsp
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Chopped spinach 1 cup
  • Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp
  • Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Preheat oven on 180 degrees C.
  2. Now mix maida, black pepper, basil, oregano and onion powder in bowl.
  3. Now coat chicken with this mixture and fry in oil for 8-10 minutes.
  4. For sauce: Heat oil, fry capsicum for 2 minutes, put garlic and take out in plate.
  5. Put oil in this pan, mix maida and stock and cook until it boils.
  6. Mix corn flour and cream in bowl and add in sauce.
  7. Then put milk, spinach, capsicum, garlic, parmesan cheese, garlic powder and chicken powder and cook until thick.
  8. Put pasta on plate, put chicken and sauce, garnish with parsley and serve.
