Pineapple Bread Pudding

Ingredients:

  • Butter 4 oz
  • Sugar 3/4 cup
  • Eggs 4
  • Bread slice cubes 5
  • Pineapple pieces 1 can
  • Brown sugar 2 tbsp
  • Pineapple essence 1 tsp
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Cream 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Preheat oven on 180 degrees C.
  2. Now grease rectangular dish.
  3. Beat butter and sugar until creamy.
  4. Then add eggs one by one.
  5. Now add bread, pineapple, milk and cream.
  6. When all blends, take out in baking dish, sprinkle brown sugar and bake for 45 minutes.

Pineapple Bread Pudding is amazing dessert. It is prepared with bread & pineapple and baked in oven. It is popular cuisine in Europe.
