Pineapple Bread Pudding

Ingredients:
- Butter 4 oz
- Sugar 3/4 cup
- Eggs 4
- Bread slice cubes 5
- Pineapple pieces 1 can
- Brown sugar 2 tbsp
- Pineapple essence 1 tsp
- Milk 1 cup
- Cream 1/2 cup
Method:
- Preheat oven on 180 degrees C.
- Now grease rectangular dish.
- Beat butter and sugar until creamy.
- Then add eggs one by one.
- Now add bread, pineapple, milk and cream.
- When all blends, take out in baking dish, sprinkle brown sugar and bake for 45 minutes.
