BBQ Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet 1
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Ginger powder 1 tbsp
  • White vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Butter small packet
  • Mayonnaise as required
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Cucumber 4
  • Bread slice 1

To Serve:

  • Tomato ketchup as required
  • Chili sauce as required

Method:

  1. Cut chicken from center and hammer it slightly.
  2. Now mix soya sauce, vinegar, ginger powder and salt and leave for 10 minutes.
  3. Then grill griller, spread some oil and spread chicken fillet.
  4. When grilled from both sides, remove it.
  5. Grill second fillet on griller with oil.
  6. Now cut sides of bread slice and spread hot milk.
  7. Then spread mayonnaise and butter and keep 2 fillet.
  8. Now grill sandwich again on griller.
  9. When grilled slightly on both sides, serve with tomato ketchup and chili sauce.

BBQ Sandwich is wonderful sandwich. Chicken is grilled and stuffed in bread slice. Then it is grilled again and served with ketchup & sauce.
