Mini Orange Cream Flans

Ingredients:
For Flan:
- Butter 3 oz
- Maida 3 oz
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Milk 2 tbsp
- Caster sugar 3 oz
- Baking powder 3/4 tsp
- Eggs 2
For Filling:
- Orange juice 1 cup
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Eggs 2
- Sugar 3 oz
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Whipped cream for decoration
- Orange slice for decoration
Method:
- Grease mini flan tin.
- Now beat butter and sugar.
- Then add eggs one by one.
- Now put sieved maida, baking powder and milk and mix it.
- Then put mixture in greased tin and bake in preheated oven on 180 degrees C for 15 minutes, take it out and cool it.
- For filling: Mix corn flour, sugar, orange juice and egg yolks.
- Then cook on low flame and add butter.
- Now beat egg whites until stiff.
- Then add in cold custard.
- Spread filling in center of flan, decorate with cream and orange slice and serve.
Mini Orange Cream Flans is mouth-washing dessert. Flan is prepared with maida & milk, baked and filled with orange juice mixture. Then decorated with cream and orange slice. Must this different dessert.
