Crispy Chicken Burger

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet 4
  • Bun 4
  • Eggs 2-3
  • Maida 1 cup
  • Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
  • Fresh hot milk 1/2 cup
  • Corn flour 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • White pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Mustard paste 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Chicken cube flour 2 tbsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Hot sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix maida, corn flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, mustard paste, chicken cube flour and white pepper powder in bowl.
  2. Mix these masalay dry.
  3. Mix soya sauce and vinegar in chicken fillet.
  4. Then coat chicken fillet with dry masalay and dip in eggs.
  5. Repeat above step 3-4 times.
  6. Heat oil in wok.
  7. Then deep fry chicken fillet until golden brown and take it out.
  8. Now heat tawa, put some oil and toast buns.
  9. Then spread hot milk on one part of bun.
  10. Then spread mayonnaise and butter, keep chicken fillet, put hot sauce and cover with second part of bun.
  11. In end, serve buns with french fries.

Crispy Chicken Burger is tasty burger. Coating of chicken is crispy. Chicken is coated with maida mixture and dipped in eggs 4-5 times. Served with coleslaw salad, sauce and fries.
