Chocolate Bark

Ingredients:

  • White chocolate 500 gm
  • Chunky peanut butter 1-1/2 cups
  • White chocolate 2 oz
  • Dark chocolate 8 oz

Method:

  1. Butter a jelly roll pan.
  2. Lined with waxed paper.
  3. Melt 500 gm white chocolate with peanut butter in large bowl in microwave, stopping and stirring every 30 seconds, until chocolate and peanut butter mixture is melted and smooth.
  4. You want mixture warm not hot.
  5. Melt dark chocolate separately.
  6. In other bowl, melt 2 oz white chocolate.
  7. Pour peanut butter & chocolate mixture onto prepared pan, spreading to cover surface completely.
  8. Using spoon, drizzle dark chocolate in lines over peanut butter mixture.
  9. Draw tip of small sharp knife through chocolate drizzled mixture to give marbled effect.
  10. Using spoon, drizzle white chocolate over mixture.
  11. Draw tip of knife through chocolate to create marbled effect.
  12. Chill until firm, at least 2 hours or overnight.
  13. Cut into 2 inch triangles or other shapes.
  14. Cover and chill.

Chocolate Bark is type of chocolate. The sheet is prepared with white chocolate & peanut butter. Topped with dark chocolate and topped again with white chocolate, given the marbled effect. Then procedure is long but you must try at home.
