Oven Baked Red Snapper With Sauted Green

Ingredients:

For Marination:

  • Fish filler 1 kg
  • Garlic 5-6 cloves
  • Lemon juice 1
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tsp
  • Oregano 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For Vegetable:

  • Onions 2
  • Tomatoes 3-4
  • Lemon slices 1 can

For Toasting:

  • Mixed green spinach 250 gm
  • Basil 1 tsp
  • Olive oil 2 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Black pepper as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. For marination: Mix all ingredients, add fish fillet, mix it nicely and keep in fridge for 2-3 hours.
  2. For vegetable: Grease dish, spread onion, basil and oregano and add tomato slices and lemon slices.
  3. Then sprinkle salt and black pepper and keep marinated fish.
  4. Now bake fish in preheated oven on 350 degrees for 15 minutes and keep on room temperature.
  5. For toasting: Heat oil in pan, saute garlic, add basil and sesame and cook for 3 minutes.
  6. Then cover for 4 minutes.
  7. Now sprinkle black pepper and salt and serve.
