Oven Baked Red Snapper With Sauted Green

Ingredients:
For Marination:
- Fish filler 1 kg
- Garlic 5-6 cloves
- Lemon juice 1
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Red chili flakes 1 tsp
- Oregano 1 tbsp
- Olive oil 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
For Vegetable:
- Onions 2
- Tomatoes 3-4
- Lemon slices 1 can
For Toasting:
- Mixed green spinach 250 gm
- Basil 1 tsp
- Olive oil 2 tsp
- Garlic 1 tsp
- Black pepper as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- For marination: Mix all ingredients, add fish fillet, mix it nicely and keep in fridge for 2-3 hours.
- For vegetable: Grease dish, spread onion, basil and oregano and add tomato slices and lemon slices.
- Then sprinkle salt and black pepper and keep marinated fish.
- Now bake fish in preheated oven on 350 degrees for 15 minutes and keep on room temperature.
- For toasting: Heat oil in pan, saute garlic, add basil and sesame and cook for 3 minutes.
- Then cover for 4 minutes.
- Now sprinkle black pepper and salt and serve.
