Beh Pulao

Ingredients:

  • Rice 1/2 kg
  • Beh 1/2 kg
  • Tomatoes 250 gm
  • Garlic 6 cloves
  • Cinnamon 1
  • Soya 1 bunch
  • Onion 2
  • Oil 200 gm
  • White cumin 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pot, fry onion and garlic until brown, add tomatoes, green chilies, cumin, red chili and cinnamon and roast it nicely.
  2. When tomatoes tender, boil beh separate, cut into small small pieces and add in masalay.
  3. Then add water and rice, add hara masala, simmer it for 10-15 minutes and serve.

Beh Pulao is tasty & amazing dish. Beh (Lotus Root) is an ingredient, grown in North of Sindh, Pakistan. You must this pulao.
