Grilled Chicken With Honey Sauce

Ingredients:

• Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
• Mustard paste 2 tsp
• Honey 200 gm
• White pepper 1/2 tsp
• Rosemary 1/2 tsp
• Oregano 1/2 tsp
• HP sauce 1 tbsp
• Fresh cream 2 tbsp
• Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
• Butter 1 tbsp
• Oil 2 tbsp
  

Method:

1. For sauce: Heat butter, add honey, cook for few minutes, put mustard paste, white pepper and salt, cook more and add cream.
2. Make fillet of chicken, marinate with oregano, black pepper powder, rosemary, hp sauce and salt, grill for 30 minutes, put sauce and serve.
