Gosht Aur Mirchon Ka Salan

Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Onion seeds 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/4 tsp
  • Green chilies 10
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch

For Marinate:

  • Chopped onion 2
  • Chopped tomato 2
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Fennel 1 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Roasted sesame 1 tsp
  • Tamarind pulp 3 tbsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Put all ingredients of marinate in blender, make smooth paste and marinate mutton with this paste for 30 minutes.
  2. Then heat oil in pot, add cumin and onion seeds, add marinated mutton and fry until oil comes up.
  3. Now add 1/2 cup water, cook until mutton tender, add ghee and cook more.
  4. Heat 2 tbsp oil, fry chilies, add in mutton and simmer it.
  5. Then add coriander leaves and serve hot.

Gosht Aur Mirchon Ka Salan is spicy and tasty dish. Mutton is marinated and simmer with green chilies. Serve with rice or roti.
