Olive Salad

Ingredients:

  • Black olives 1/2 cup
  • Green olives 1/2 cup
  • Ice berg 1
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Cucumber 1

For Dressing:

  • Chili pickle 4-5
  • Cucumber pickle 2-3
  • Vinegar 2-3 tbsp
  • Honey 1-2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For Garnish:

  • Carrot, Cucumber, Lettuce leaves and Tomatoes as required

Method:

  1. Cut green olives, black olives, ice berg, tomato and cucumber into slices r chop it.
  2. For dressing: Mix all ingredients and prepared dressing.
  3. For serving: Put vegetables in serving platter, put dressing on top and serve.

Olive Salad is nutrition & healthy salad. It is prepared with olives and vegetables. Serve it at dinner or lunch or as light meal.
