Steamed & Grilled Teriyaki

Ingredients:
- Chicken leg piece 1/2 kg
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Lettuce leaves for garnish
For Teriyaki Sauce:
- Japanese soya sauce 1/2 cup
- Oyster sauce 1/2 cup
- White vinegar 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 3 tbsp
- Brown sugar 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- For teriyaki sauce: Put all ingredients in pan and cook sauce until thick.
- When sauce is thick, remove it.
- Teriyaki sauce is ready.
- For steamed and grilled teriyaki: Dip chicken leg in teriyaki sauce and steam it in steamer for 20-25 minutes.
- Now take out chicken, brush with teriyaki sauce and grill in grill pan.
- Dish out in, garnish with lettuce leaves and serve.
Steamed & Grilled Teriyaki is wonderful dish. It is prepared with chicken leg and teriyaki sauce. Then chicken is steamed and grilled. Serve with dinner rolls.
