Steamed & Grilled Teriyaki

Ingredients:

  • Chicken leg piece 1/2 kg
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Lettuce leaves for garnish

For Teriyaki Sauce:

  • Japanese soya sauce 1/2 cup
  • Oyster sauce 1/2 cup
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. For teriyaki sauce: Put all ingredients in pan and cook sauce until thick.
  2. When sauce is thick, remove it.
  3. Teriyaki sauce is ready.
  4. For steamed and grilled teriyaki: Dip chicken leg in teriyaki sauce and steam it in steamer for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Now take out chicken, brush with teriyaki sauce and grill in grill pan.
  6. Dish out in, garnish with lettuce leaves and serve.

Steamed & Grilled Teriyaki is wonderful dish. It is prepared with chicken leg and teriyaki sauce. Then chicken is steamed and grilled. Serve with dinner rolls.
