Ingredients:

  • Red flour 2 cups
  • Khoya 250 gm
  • Almonds 50 gm
  • Pistachios 50 gm
  • Coconut 50 gm
  • Rosemary few drops
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Condensed milk 1/2 cup
  • Sugar powder 1-1/2 cup
  • Cardamom 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat ghee in pan, put red flour, roast it and take out in pot.
  2. Now chop almonds, pistachios and coconut finely.
  3. Fry in ghee slightly and take it out.
  4. Now put condensed milk, khoya, rosemary, cardamom powder and sugar in bowl and mix with hands.
  5. Then make pinni and serve.

Lahori Pinni is Pakistani dish. It is made with red flour, ghee & nuts and prepared in round shape. It is eaten in winter and served as dessert.
