Apricot Sauce

Ingredients:
- Apricot 125 gm
- White vinegar 1/2 cup
- Red chilies 1 tsp
- Cinnamon powder 1 pinch
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Roasted cumin 1 tsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Soak apricots, take out seeds and make paste.
- Put apricot paste, vinegar, red chilies, cinnamon powder, sugar, cumin, butter and salt in pot and cook with 1/2 cup water.
- Then put in blender and make paste.
- Then put again in pan and cook until sauce is thick.
- Then dish out it and serve.
Apricot Sauce is new variety sauce. It is cooked, then blended and then cooked again.
