Apricot Sauce

Ingredients:

  • Apricot 125 gm
  • White vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Red chilies 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder 1 pinch
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Roasted cumin 1 tsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Soak apricots, take out seeds and make paste.
  2. Put apricot paste, vinegar, red chilies, cinnamon powder, sugar, cumin, butter and salt in pot and cook with 1/2 cup water.
  3. Then put in blender and make paste.
  4. Then put again in pan and cook until sauce is thick.
  5. Then dish out it and serve.

Apricot Sauce is new variety sauce. It is cooked, then blended and then cooked again.
