Baisan Ki Roti

Ingredients:
- Gram flour 1 kg
- Flour 2 cups
- Finely chopped mint leaves 1 bunch
- Red chili powder 1/2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Finely chopped coriander leaves 1 bunch
- White cumin 1/2 tsp
- Finely chopped green chilies 4
- Butter or Ghee 1/2 cup
Method:
- Mix gram flour, flour, mint leaves, red chili powder, salt, coriander leaves, white cumin and green chilies in bowl, add little water and knead little hard dough.
- Now keep it for a while so that masala absorbs.
- Then heat tawa.
- Then make balls of kneaded flour.
- Spread some gram flour, roll roti, put on hot tawa and low flame.
- When roti is fried from both sides, remove it and spread butter or ghee.
- Serve hot baisan ki roti with sarsoon ka saag, green chilies chutney and imli ki meethi chutney.
Baisan Ki Roti is tasty dish. Spices & green vegetables is stuffed in gram flour and cooked on tawa. Serve with any vegetable dish.
