Baisan Ki Roti

Ingredients:

  • Gram flour 1 kg
  • Flour 2 cups
  • Finely chopped mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves 1 bunch
  • White cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Finely chopped green chilies 4
  • Butter or Ghee 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Mix gram flour, flour, mint leaves, red chili powder, salt, coriander leaves, white cumin and green chilies in bowl, add little water and knead little hard dough.
  2. Now keep it for a while so that masala absorbs.
  3. Then heat tawa.
  4. Then make balls of kneaded flour.
  5. Spread some gram flour, roll roti, put on hot tawa and low flame.
  6. When roti is fried from both sides, remove it and spread butter or ghee.
  7. Serve hot baisan ki roti with sarsoon ka saag, green chilies chutney and imli ki meethi chutney.

Baisan Ki Roti is tasty dish. Spices & green vegetables is stuffed in gram flour and cooked on tawa. Serve with any vegetable dish.
