Aloo Bukharay Ka Murabba

Ingredients:

  • Plum (Aloo Bukhara) 1/2 kg
  • Rose water 1 tsp
  • Sugar 3 cups
  • White vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Sweet soda 1/2 tsp
  • Saffron kewra 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Wash plum and boil it slightly.
  2. Also put vinegar.
  3. When boil comes, strain it in strainer.
  4. Now put rose water and sugar in this water and make syrup.
  5. When it becomes strand, add plum.
  6. Also put soda and saffron kewra and simmer it for a while.
  7. Then cool it, put in container.
  8. Remember it, when you use, use dry spoon to take it out.

Aloo Bukharay Ka Murabba is a type of jam. It is popular in South Asia. It is prepared with plum and served with roti. It is served mainly in breakfast.
