Aloo Bukharay Ka Murabba

Ingredients:
- Plum (Aloo Bukhara) 1/2 kg
- Rose water 1 tsp
- Sugar 3 cups
- White vinegar 1 tbsp
- Sweet soda 1/2 tsp
- Saffron kewra 1 tsp
Method:
- Wash plum and boil it slightly.
- Also put vinegar.
- When boil comes, strain it in strainer.
- Now put rose water and sugar in this water and make syrup.
- When it becomes strand, add plum.
- Also put soda and saffron kewra and simmer it for a while.
- Then cool it, put in container.
- Remember it, when you use, use dry spoon to take it out.
