Crispy Arvi

Ingredients:
- Big arvi 6
- Oil as required
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder 3/4 tsp
- Khatai powder 3/4 tsp
- Roasted cumin, Coriander, Whole red chilies 1 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil in pan, add cumin and crackle it.
- Then add remaining masalay and mix it.
- Now add arvi, mix it and don't break it.
- When upper layer of arvi is crispy, serve it with daal chawal.
Crispy Arvi is tasty dish. It is very easy recipe to make. It is served with roti or daal chawal.
