Deep Fried Fish In Sweet Chili Sauce

Ingredients:
- Fish 1 kg
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Corn flour 1 cup
For Sauce:
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
- Sweet chili sauce 1 cup
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Crushed red chili 1 tsp
- Orange red color 1 pinch
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Paprika 1 tsp
Method:
- Cut head of fish, cut from center, open it and take out bones.
- Now marinate it with salt and black pepper for 10 minutes and keep it aside.
- Roll fish in corn flour and deep fry it 2 times until crisp.
- Heat oil in pan, add garlic, sweet chili sauce, salt, red chili, orange red color, vinegar and paprika and mix it.
- Now take out fried fish in platter, put sauce and serve.
