Ingredients:

  • Barfi 1/2 kg
  • Plain cake 1/2 kg
  • Milk 1 kg
  • Sugar as required
  • Almonds, Pistachios as required
  • Silver paper for garnish
  • Fruit cocktail 1 tin
  • Strawberry jelly 1 cup

Method:

  1. Crush barfi and cake.
  2. Now boil milk.
  3. When boils comes, put crushed barfi, cook it and stir it.
  4. Then also put crushed cake and stir it while cooking so that it stick with pan.
  5. When thick, check sweetness.
  6. Put sugar if needed and cook until sugar dissolves.
  7. Then cool it, garnish with fruit cocktail, strawberry jelly, almonds, pistachios and silver paper and serve.

Cake Ka Meetha is wonderful and delicious dessert. The addition of barfi is amazing. Garnished with nuts and serve chilled.
