Lemon Coconut Cake

Ingredients:
- Butter 125 gm
- Maida 1-1/2 cups
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Desiccated coconut 1/2 cup
- Grated lemon 2
- Caster sugar 3/4 cup
- Eggs 2
- Milk 1 cup
- Lemon juice 1/2
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
- Now put maida, grated lemon, caster sugar, butter and eggs in bowl and mix until smooth.
- Then put mixture in 8 inch grease tin and bake for 40 minutes or till skewer inserted comes out clean.
- Then keep cake on wire rack and cool it completely.
Lemon Coconut Cake is mouth-washing dessert. The flavor of lemon is amazing. Must try this cake.
