Special Kofta Gravy

Ingredients:
For Koftay:
- Beef mince 1 kg
- Fat 300 gm
- Onion 2-3
- Roasted chickpeas powder 5-6 tbsp
- Red chili powder 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic chopped 2 tbsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Ghee/Oil for deep fry
- Salt to taste
- Finely chopped coriander leaves for garnish
For Gravy:
- Tomato puree 1 cup
- Almond paste 1/2 cup
- Red chilies paste 1-2 tbsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Tomato puree 1/2 cup
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Finely chopped onion 2
- Almonds 5-6
- Ghee or Oil 3-4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- For koftay: Put onion in pan and fry for 1 minute on high flame.
- Add beef mince, fat, fried onion, chickpeas powder, red chili powder, ginger garlic, cumin, black pepper and salt and make paste.
- Now make koftay of it, shallow fry it and keep it aside.
- For gravy: Put oil or ghee in pan and fry onion until light brown.
- Then add ginger garlic paste and fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Now put beaten yogurt and tomato puree, add all masalay and roast it nicely.
- Mixture dries and leaves oil, add almond paste and cook for 10-15 minutes on low flame.
- Now put koftay and cook for 2-4 minutes.
- When koftay is ready, take out in dish, garnish with coriander leaves and almonds and serve.
Special Kofta Gravy is delicious dish. It is prepared with beef mince and fat. It is served in gravy and served with roti or rice.
