Mix Sabzi Keema

Ingredients:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Carrot fried 1 cup
  • Green peas fried 1 cup
  • Cabbage fried 1 cup
  • Potatoes fried 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Tomatoes 250 gm
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Coal 1
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Onion 2
  • Cardamoms 4
  • Green chilies 6
  • Button red chilies 10
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Papaya 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • Whole coriander 1 tbsp
  • Fennel seeds 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Roast fennel seeds, whole coriander, cumin, cardamom and button red chilies on tawa and grind it.
  2. Now put roasted & grinded masalay, papaya, salt, onion and ginger garlic paste, mix it and leave for 30 minutes.
  3. Then freeze it.
  4. When you want to make keema, heat oil and put keema and leave on low flame for 30 minutes till water dries.
  5. Now roast it nicely, add carrots, peas, cabbage, potatoes, yogurt, tomatoes, mint leaves and green chilies, close stove and give smoke of coal.
  6. Mix sabzi keema is ready.

Mix Sabzi Keema is tasty dish. Its flavors are amazing. You can serve it with rice or roti.
