Ingredients:

  • Rice soaked 1/2 kg
  • Butter 100 gm
  • Paneer 200 gm
  • Tomatoes 250 gm
  • Green chilies 6
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper crushed 2 tsp
  • Red chilies crushed 2 tsp
  • Black cumin seeds 2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1/2 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Oil 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry onion until brown.
  2. Now put 2 cups water, black pepper, 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp black cumin.
  3. Then add ginger garlic paste, red chilies, 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp black cumin and cook it.
  4. When 1 cup water remains, put rice and water as required and soak it.
  5. Now heat butter and put tomatoes.
  6. When tomatoes are soft, add green chilies and paneer and roast it slightly.
  7. Then put rice, mix it and close stove.

Makhani Paneer Chawal is tasty dish. It is different variety of rice. The addition of butter and paneer is amazing. You must try this recipe.
