Balsamic Roast Beef

Ingredients:
- Boneless beef 1-3/4 pound
- Beef stock 1 cup
- Balsamic vinegar 1/2 cup
- Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Honey 1 tbsp
- Crushed red chilies 1/2 tsp
- Crushed garlic 4
Method:
- Mix all ingredients, put beef and cook on low flame on big pan or pressure cooker.
- When ready, put gravy on roast beef and serve.
Balsamic Roast Beef is wonderful. Beef is cooked in balsamic vinegar mixture and served. The flavor of beef is juice.
