Balsamic Roast Beef

Ingredients:

  • Boneless beef 1-3/4 pound
  • Beef stock 1 cup
  • Balsamic vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Honey 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red chilies 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed garlic 4

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients, put beef and cook on low flame on big pan or pressure cooker.
  2. When ready, put gravy on roast beef and serve.

Balsamic Roast Beef is wonderful. Beef is cooked in balsamic vinegar mixture and served. The flavor of beef is juice.
