Lauki Daal

Ingredients:
- Chopped & peeled bottle gourd 1 cup
- Yellow moong daal 1/2 cup
- Grated ginger 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 pinch
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice as required
- All spice 1 pinch
- Coriander as required
- Ghee 1 tbsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Dry red chili 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 2-3
- Chopped ginger julienne 1 tbsp
Method:
- Put bottle gourd and daal with little water in pressure cooker and cook it.
- Now add lemon juice, all spice and coriander.
- Then mix it one time and take out in dish.
- Now heat ghee in pan, add cumin, dry red chili, green chilies and chopped ginger and cook it.
- Then put on daal and serve with roti, parathay or bread.
