Thai Green Curry With Crispy Fish

Ingredients:

For Curry:

  • Cilantro 1 tbsp
  • Coriander 1 tbsp
  • Cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Galangal herb 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Garlic 1/4 cup
  • Kaffir lime 1
  • Lemon grass 3-4 tbsp
  • Peppercorn 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Shallots 1/2 cup
  • Shrimp paste 1 tsp
  • Chili leaf 1/4 cup
  • Thai green chili peppers 10-15
  • Dry coconut 100 gm
  • Green onion 200 gm
  • Coconut milk 100 ml
  • Butter 50 gm
  • Mixed vegetables as required

For Crispy Fish:

  • Boneless fish 1 kg
  • Eggs 2
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Ginger paste 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Maida 50 gm
  • Corn flour 60 gm
  • Oil for fry

Method:

  1. For curry: Toast coriander, peppercorn and cumin in pan until light brown.
  2. Then grind it.
  3. Now cut shallots, lemon grass, galangal, cilantro and kaffir lime into slices.
  4. Then mix ready mixture with this mixture and keep it aside.
  5. Cut boneless fish into squares, mix eggs, garlic paste, ginger paste, red chili, salt, black pepper, maida and corn flour and deep fry in pan.
  6. Now put dry coconut, green curry paste and mix vegetables in pan, mix with little water and serve fish with green curry and ginger slice.

Thai Green Curry With Crispy Fish is different variety fish dish. Boneless fish is deep fried and served in green curry and vegetables.
