Chicken Curry Pasanday

Ingredients:

  • Chicken pasanday 500 gm
  • Garlic 5-6 cloves
  • Chicken stock 2 cups
  • Ginger 1/2 tsp
  • Onion 2
  • Water 2 cups
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 2
  • Coconut milk 1/4 cup
  • Coriander leaves as required
  • Oil 2 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan and fry chicken until golden brown.
  2. Add onion, ginger and garlic in remaining oil and fry it.
  3. Then add cumin powder, all spice powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder, cook it, add chicken stock and cook it.
  4. Now add fried chicken, cover it, cook for 45 minutes and serve.

Chicken Curry Pasanday is amazing dish. It is prepared with different method. You can serve it with rice or roti.
