Instant Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:

  • Whipped cream 200 ml
  • Egg whites 2
  • Dark chocolate 1 cup
  • Icing sugar as required
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Crushed biscuits 1 cup

Method:

  1. Beat whipped cream nicely, melt chocolate in microwave oven and beat egg whites with sugar nicely.
  2. Then mix all three mixture together nicely and stir it.
  3. Now make base of serving bowl with crushed biscuits, put mixture, garnish with cream, keep in fridge for 1 hour and serve.

Instant Chocolate Mousse is delicious dessert. It is very common dessert. It is easy recipe to make at home.
