Instant Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:
- Whipped cream 200 ml
- Egg whites 2
- Dark chocolate 1 cup
- Icing sugar as required
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Crushed biscuits 1 cup
Method:
- Beat whipped cream nicely, melt chocolate in microwave oven and beat egg whites with sugar nicely.
- Then mix all three mixture together nicely and stir it.
- Now make base of serving bowl with crushed biscuits, put mixture, garnish with cream, keep in fridge for 1 hour and serve.
