Ingredients:

For Filling:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili flakes 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Roasted cumin 1 tsp
  • Whole coriander 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped green chilies 1 tsp
  • Mint leaves 1 tbsp
  • Water 1 glass

For Pan Cake Batter:

  • Maida 1 cup
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Water as required
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Put mince, turmeric, red chili flakes, cumin, coriander, ginger garlic paste and water in pan and cook until water dries.
  2. Now add onion, coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies and all spice powder, mix it nicely and cool it.
  3. Then grease non-stick pan with butter, put pan cake mixture and cook on both sides nicely.
  4. Now take out in plate, put filling, roll it, grill it and serve.

Pantaras is similar to roll pan. Pan cake is prepared, filled with mince filling, rolled and grilled. Serve with sauce.
