Sun Dried Tomatoes Hummus

Ingredients:

  • Lemon juice 1/4 cup
  • Tahini sauce 1/4 cup
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Sundried tomato 1/4 cup
  • Crushed garlic 1 clove
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Chickpeas 1 cup

Method:

  1. Put lemon juice, tahini sauce and olive oil in blender and blend for 40 seconds.
  2. Now clean sides, add sundried tomato, garlic, cumin, salt and 3/4 cup chickpeas and blend more until mixture is smooth.
  3. Now put remaining chickpeas and blend for 30 minutes until creamy.
  4. Now take out in serving bowl, put olives and sundried tomato on top and keep in fridge.

Sun Dried Tomatoes Hummus is an Egyptian dip. It is prepared with same ingredients of hummus but sundried tomatoes are added. It is blended and served with bread, main course or side dish.
