Ingredients:
- Rice 250 gm
- Moong daal 1/4 cup
- Ghee 1/2 cup
- Carrot 1/4 cup
- Mix vegetables 1-1/2 cup
- Water 2 cups
- Salt 1 tsp
- Mix whole spices 1 tbsp
- White cumin 1 tsp
- Whole green chilies 2
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Fried onion 1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Wash rice and daal and soak together in water for 30 minutes.
- Now heat ghee, add whole spices, cumin, onion, ginger garlic paste, salt, green chilies and yogurt and fry it.
- Then add rice and daal and fry for 5 minutes.
- Now put water, cover it and cook until vegetables tender.
- Then simmer it.
