- Boil and mash potatoes.
- Add:
- red chilly powder
- lemon juice
- ketchup
- dhania powder
- zeera
- haldi, to taste and
- little oil also about 1tbsp.
- If say you take app. Half kg. bataita that is Gujarati for aloo or potato.
- Make basin paste.
- Add little chilly and salt to it, according to taste
- Then dip bataita wada in it and deep fry.
Good for snack or as a side dish with a meal.
