					Ingredients:
For Coconut Sponge:
- Coconut 2 cups
 
- Maida 250 gm
 
- Icing sugar 250 gm
 
- Eggs 6
 
- Baking powder 2 tbsp
 
- Butter 2-3 tbsp
 
- Milk as required
 
For Filling:
- Cream 500 gm
 
- Unsalted butter 250 gm
 
- Coconut 250 gm
 
- Icing sugar 250 gm
 
- Rose flower for garnish
 
Method:
- For filling: Put unsalted butter, cream and icing sugar in mixing bowl.
 
- Keep one more bowl below it and put cold water or ice.
 
- Then beat butter and cream with batter until fluffy.
 
- Now cut cake from center, fill with cream, keep second piece on top and spread cream.
 
- Then garnish whole cake with coconut, decorate with rose flowers and serve.
 
- Coconut cake is ready.
