Coconut Cake

Ingredients:

For Coconut Sponge:

  • Coconut 2 cups
  • Maida 250 gm
  • Icing sugar 250 gm
  • Eggs 6
  • Baking powder 2 tbsp
  • Butter 2-3 tbsp
  • Milk as required

For Filling:

  • Cream 500 gm
  • Unsalted butter 250 gm
  • Coconut 250 gm
  • Icing sugar 250 gm
  • Rose flower for garnish

Method:

  1. For filling: Put unsalted butter, cream and icing sugar in mixing bowl.
  2. Keep one more bowl below it and put cold water or ice.
  3. Then beat butter and cream with batter until fluffy.
  4. Now cut cake from center, fill with cream, keep second piece on top and spread cream.
  5. Then garnish whole cake with coconut, decorate with rose flowers and serve.
  6. Coconut cake is ready.

Coconut Cake is very delicious cake. The flavor of coconut is amazing. You must try this cake instead of chocolate cake.
