Chocolate Brownie Cake

Ingredients:

  • Butter 100 gm
  • Caster sugar 175 gm
  • Brown sugar 75 gm
  • Chopped chocolate 125 gm
  • Corn syrup 2 tbsp
  • Eggs
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Maida 100 gm
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Cocoa powder 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put butter, caster sugar, brown sugar, chopped chocolate and corn syrup in pan and melt on low flame so that it becomes smooth paste.
  2. Remove pan from stove, put eggs, vanilla essence, maida, baking powder and cocoa powder and mix it.
  3. Now put mixture in 8 inch greased pan, bake for 25-30 minutes and serve with ice cream or fruit.

Chocolate Brownie Cake is mouth-washing dessert. It is prepared with same ingredients of chocolate cake. You can make it at home easily instead of buying from outside.
