Chocolate Brownie Cake

Ingredients:
- Butter 100 gm
- Caster sugar 175 gm
- Brown sugar 75 gm
- Chopped chocolate 125 gm
- Corn syrup 2 tbsp
- Eggs
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Maida 100 gm
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
- Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
Method:
- Put butter, caster sugar, brown sugar, chopped chocolate and corn syrup in pan and melt on low flame so that it becomes smooth paste.
- Remove pan from stove, put eggs, vanilla essence, maida, baking powder and cocoa powder and mix it.
- Now put mixture in 8 inch greased pan, bake for 25-30 minutes and serve with ice cream or fruit.
Chocolate Brownie Cake is mouth-washing dessert. It is prepared with same ingredients of chocolate cake. You can make it at home easily instead of buying from outside.
