Gondh Ka Halwa

Ingredients:
- Gondh 100 gm
- Almonds 100 gm
- Pistachios 100 gm
- Walnuts 100 gm
- Melon seeds 200 gm
- Sesame seeds 100 gm
- White flour parathay 3-4
- Ghee 2 cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Milk 1 cup
Method:
- Put ghee in pot, fry gondh and keep it aside.
- Now put all dry fruits, fry it and keep it aside.
- Fry parathay on tawa until hard and crush it finely.
- Then also crush almonds, pistachios, walnuts, melon seeds, sesame seeds and gondh.
- Put all crushed ingredients in mixing bowl and add sugar.
- Now put all ingredients in that ghee in which you fried dry fruits, add milk and fry it nicely until all ingredients combines.
- When aroma comes, take out in dish and serve.
- Gondh ka halwa is ready.
